As women travelling alone, we felt completely at ease and safe throughout our stay. The hotel staff were like family, always friendly and accommodating. The lounge area with the bar was a great place to relax and play board games. The location was perfect, with easy access to both the town center and the slopes. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. The breakfast was excellent, providing the perfect start to our day.

Our room at Hotel Sonnenheim was cozy and comfortable, like a home away from home. The bed had soft linens that made it hard to leave in the morning. We loved the view from our patio, it overlooked the city and gave us a sense of being in the heart of everything. Having a private bathroom in our room was great, and the free toiletries were a nice touch. The flat-screen TV in our room kept the kids entertained during downtime. The free WiFi was a lifesaver, making it easy to stay connected and share our vacation moments with friends and family. The wardrobe in our room provided ample space for all our clothes and belongings.

Our room lacked a balcony. Although this was not a deal-breaker, it would have been nice to have some outdoor space to relax in.

Spent Christmas in a cozy mountain hotel, with an amazing ski-in and ski-out location. Loved waking up to the beautiful view of the snowy mountains from my room's balcony. The staff was incredibly friendly and the breakfast buffet was a highlight- delicious local specialties and freshly baked bread. The sauna was a wonderful way to unwind after a day on the slopes.

The hotel didn't offer laundry services and I had to wash some clothes by hand. The town was very busy during the holidays, so reserving restaurants and activities in advance was necessary to avoid disappointment.
